Fishy Burp Omega-3

Some people will face this problem, especially if you're taking high doses of Omega-3. Try this way, take your Omega-3  at the beginning of your meals. It's recommended to spread out the intake throughout the day.

Omega-3 is essential for the heart, mind and joints. Some of its benefits include cardiovascular health, good development of a baby during pregnancy, joint health and improved behaviour and mood.

A common misconception is that if you eat fish everyday, you're getting enough Omega-3. The sad truth is many of fishes are low in Omega-3. Omega-3 is found mainly in cold water deep sea fishes like salmon, cod and tuna. However, there are rising concerns on whether deep sea fishes ( or fish oil from these fishes) are still safe for consumption due to ocean pollution, and the potentially high levels of contaminants such as nerve-killing heavy metals like mercury and cancer causing dioxins.

Molecular distillation removes all contaminants from fish oil, so, unless you're taking fish oil that says "muscularly distilled" on the label, you risk consuming all these harm full contaminants.
