Eat like vegetarian

Consuming more fresh fruit and vegetables are mostly adviced. Either eaten fresh raw or cooked.

Eating lots of different colored vegetables and fruits increases your intake of phytonutrients, plant-based nutrients and compounds that are believed to help fend off chronic illnesses ranging from cancer to arthritis -- and potentially help slow down aging itself.

Adding four serving of fruit and five serving of vegetables shall good enough to make your stomach feel full untill the next meal. The fiber are good for metabolism and best to keept you in shape.The serving size is just nice. One serving mean it's about one ordinary cup.

If you're searching ways to increase your enjoyment of fruits and veggies, try these:
  • Put other vegetables in addition to lettuce and tomato in your sandwiches
  • Adding sautéed vegetables to omelets
  • Toss steamed vegetables into pasta
  • Add fresh fruit to cereal
  • Add fruit to green salads
  • Serve grilled fruit on skewers for dessert
