Sex and Health Benefits

When we talk about 'sex', people will think about love making, emotional intimacy and having great pleasure with their partner. Generally people don't ever think the relation of sex activities and health benefit especially for woman.

Do you know people who having sex once or twice a week regularly get a boost to their immune system? Dr Carl Charnetski and Frank Brennan, of Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, find the relation between sex and immunoglobulin A (IgA) levels. IgA is the first line of defence against colds and flu.

Sex's almost related to physical activities. It's simply mean burn calories. If says four calories per minutes then it shall be a part of your excersice regime!

Studies find levels of the oxytocin hormone surge up to five times their normal level right before orgasm. Oxytocin are well known counteracts the effects of cortisol, the stress hormone. Less stress means increased immunity, faster recovery and promotes happiness.

In 2001 a study by researchers at Queens University in Belfast found that men who had sex three times a week or more reduced their risk of heart attack and stroke by half.

Let's do what we can to prevent the reduction of sexual desire and learn to tap its full potential for health and happiness.

Condoms Could Endanger Public Health

Pope Benedict argued
that distribution of condoms aggravated the problem, rather than helping to contain the virus. He believes marital fidelity and sexual abstinence are the best way to prevent the spread of HIV.

France's foreign ministry said condoms were fundamental to prevention.

German ministers said it was irresponsible to withhold family planning from the poorest of the poor.

Campaigners say condoms are one of the few methods proven to stop the spread of HIV.

Me says, condoms may good for family planning. But in the subject of HIV/Aids control, you should go back to religion. My believe is almost of the religion do not agreed free sex. One of the great factor in spreading HIV/Aids shall be eliminated while you stick to your partner.
